I realize that I still have not posted any deviations in my gallery. I want to change that this year!
I hope to get some of my poems and, perhaps, a short story or two posted during 2012. I hope that people who read them will like them.
I am doing a lot of research on some longer stories which may or may not become book-length. In several of those stories, I am trying to write from a girl's, young woman's or womans' point of view and I really want to do it properly.
Therefore, what I would like to do is gather material from several sources to allow me to do a study on how girls change between the ages of—deally, puberty, but more likely, for diplomatic reasons—12 to 18 or 20. I am not looking for, nor am I interested in illegal, nude photos of young girls! I also do not want photos from modelling assignments because those are not natural poses and would tell me little or nothing about the person. Additionally, I do NOT want any photos that the girl would be uncomfortable sharing with a stranger. Nothing that I receive will be shared with anyone! I have great respect for every person's privacy and refuse to violate their privacy by telling anyone who has shared such information with me or by posting such information. (I might, possibly, someday attempt to create some composite sketches to illustrate developmental patterns in girls in that age range, but I would leave them faceless and even the body details would probably be rather impressionistic in style, just suggesting rather than revealing specific details. My drawing talent is probably insufficient to do better than that.)
IF a person decides to contribute photos for my study and they want to do so, it would be quite helpful if they wrote a short description of their experiences during that period of their life, concentrating on the changes they experienced in their emotions, attitudes and preferences. The changes in how girls dress and their choices concerning clothing change during those years can tell me just as much as the way their expressions, the way they stand or sit, or how they fill out their clothes—including bathing suits IF they choose to include photos like that—tell me about the person. I am interested in learning about the person and the changes they go through as they grow up and mature.
If anyone would like to help me out by providing materials for my study, I would appreciate it greatly. I wish that I could afford to offer payment for such material, but I have a limited, fixed income that barely covers my family's monthly expenses.
All I can truly offer is my gratitude and appreciation.

Beginning the New Year
Well, we are almost at the end of January, 2012, so I guess we are not really beginning the New Year, but it still feels like it to me.
I hope that everyone will have a happy and productive year in 2012 and that we will all have the absolute minimum in the way of hassles.

I think radishchan is right. If you can find a non-creeper way to befriend girls in the age group you are concerned with, that might be the best way to learn more about them.
As an aside, I'm also very interested in natural, non-staged, photographs. I'm not sure if it would be helpful to you at all but one of my models, Eliza, is 19 and might be willing to give you some information or stand for a picture or two. She is pretty good at avoiding the posed look and giving natural potions etc. Send me a note if you are interested in discussing further.
